Currently After interning with Peak for two years, Jim Michael formally joined Peak in 2007 as Project Manager, and has subsequently been promoted to Senior Project Manager and Project Executive.  Jim’s day-to-day responsibilities include all tasks related to Project Management, including strategic collaboration between the owner, owner’s representatives, design professionals, subcontractors, and municipal and regulatory code officials. He is also responsible for daily site coordination with the Peak Project Superintendent, owner and subcontractor contract and change order management, monthly draw request review and management and overall project direction.  He also provides strategic executive management and mentoring to both the Project Management and Field teams.

Expertise Jim provides valuable contributions on every aspect of his projects.  His strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to quality result in successful projects which are delivered on-time and under-budget. His expertise in industrial / cooler-freezer / hospitality construction has resulted in value-added projects and cost savings as well as has created long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Experience Jim is actively involved in Peak’s industrial/office projects including new construction and tenant build outs. Jim is also heavily involved with Peak’s hospitality projects, including new construction, renovations, and property improvement plans. Jim has worked on projects ranging $500,000 to $153 million projects for Hoffman Transportation, Pactiv, Processing Technologies, Inc., Central Grocers, New World Van Lines, Hyatt House, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Homewood Suites, multiple Holiday Inn Express locations, Interstate Partners, and NorthPoint Development..
