Currently Mike McCormack joined Peak as Senior Project Manager in 2021 and was recently promoted to Project Executive. Mike’s responsibilities include all aspects related to Project Management, including strategic collaboration between the owner, owner’s representatives, design professionals, subcontractors, and municipal and regulatory code officials. He is also responsible for daily site coordination with the Peak Project Superintendent, owner and subcontractor contract and change order management, monthly draw request review and management, and overall project direction.  Mike also provides estimating support for Peak’s RFP submissions.

Known for his thoroughness and responsiveness, Mike consistently keeps communication open and transparent; and his vast industry knowledge provides the ability to implement dynamic solutions throughout the life of any project delivering them on-time and within budget.

Experience Prior to joining Peak, Mike held Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Executive positions at such companies as H.C. Constructors Inc., Hollister Construction Services, Unity Construction Services and EGM Builders. Mike has worked on projects ranging from $250,000 to $45 Million in the industrial, TI, retail, MOB, public and transportation markets, including design-build, for both general contractors and subcontractors and has worked with clients such as Celgene Sanofi, Stryker, NJEDA, Rutgers University, Siemens, Investors Savings Bank, Mars International, Remarkable Foods, KTR Capital Properties, Meridia, Connell, Cablevision, comcast, GSA, and ONYX.
