Currently Joe Sullivan joined Peak in 2000 as the Director of Marketing and in 2002 became Director of New Business Development.  Joe’s knowledge of and involvement with the Chicagoland real estate market allows him to cultivate strong relationships and development opportunities.

Expertise With his attention to detail, ability to create a mutually acceptable summary of project expectations, and strong leadership skills, Joe establishes lasting relationships with international companies like Coca-Cola, Sunstar Americas and DHL Global Mail.  Additionally, he has a good understanding of the challenges clients face and can assist in creating the best long term options by being involved early in the design process.

Experience Joe brings years of experience in the sales and marketing fields, along with 22 years of experience in the construction industry and over $350 Million in design/build construction.  Prior to joining Peak, Joe participated in the 1990’s telecommunications boom as a regional sales manager for NET-tel Communications/Midcom Communications, a Tier One Internet carrier and full-service telecommunications firm.  Joe started there as a sales representative in 1996, and held positions of increasing responsibility until joining Peak in 2000.
