Currently Rebecca joined Peak as a Project Executive where she manages multiple project teams responsible for construction in theMidwest and onthe East Coast, as well as estimates for new project opportunities. Her duties include strategic collaboration between the owner, owner’s representatives, design professionals, and municipal and regulatory code officials while developing budgets, managing costs and preparing schedules. Rebecca provides strategic leadership to her project teams and offers unique solutions to keep projects on-track.
Expertise With over 32 years of extensive project management and engineering experience, Rebecca brings seasoned knowledge and skills to Peak’s projects, expertly managing and executing successful projects. Through careful development and assessment, she assembles teams, project specifications, bid packages and their review, subcontract negotiations, estimating and quantity takeoffs and other related tasks to guarantee a smooth construction process. With a deft approach, Rebecca develops project budgets, strict schedules and provides a proven ability to work with municipalities and local government agencies to secure approvals. She works efficiently and supportively for her clients, and to supervise project managers, project engineers and other integral personnel throughout the entire project cycle.
Experience Prior to joining Peak, Rebecca held Senior ProjectManager, Project Manager and Engineering roles for such firms as Pepper Construction, Center Point Properties, McShane Construction Corporation and UBM Inc. She has worked on projects ranging from $50,000to $85M in the industrial, commercial, tenant improvement, office, hospitality and healthcare markets for such clients as DHL, Scannell Properties, and Janko Group.
